Our basic package includes a custom sleep plan, 30-minute onboarding call, 48 hours (3 bedtimes and 2 days) of intensive support (email/text support between 7am-9pm MST) as you learn to implement the sleep plan, and two 15-minute phone call to be used within 2 weeks of your start date.
