Intensive one-on-one support (unlimited texting/email between 7am - 9pm MST) for 2 full weeks

Free Sleep Assessment
Schedule a free Sleep Assessment Call to discuss your family's challenges and goals so that Charlsie knows exactly what your family needs to reach your goals.
Next, Charlsie will request that you complete a Comprehensive Sleep Questionnaire. She will use your responses on this questionnaire to fully customize your family's Sleep Plan, which will include everything you need to get started!
You will receive daily support via email and/or text for 2 weeks., plus two 15-minute phone calls to use as needed. Charlsie will be there with you every step of the way to ensure you have the support and accountability you need! Clients usually reach their goals within 1-2 weeks.
Make it Official
Once you've decided to work with Charlsie, she will send you the contract and invoice to get you started.
Sleep Plan + Onboarding Call
Charlsie will send you your family's Sleep Plan along with an invite to schedule your onboarding call to go over the plan and ensure you are 100% ready to get started on your start date!
Celebrate Your Success
At the end of the two weeks when your little one has met your family's sleep goals, Charlsie will share resources and suggestions for continued success with your little one's sleep to use on your own, as well as what to do if you ever need her support in the future. Congratulations!
